Next Steps

You have successfully submitted a permit application. This is NOT your permit, official permits will be emailed to you once reviewed and approved by the department. Please print this receipt and bring with you or mail a copy in to the Building Department along with your payment (Checks Only made out to The City of Middletown).

Reminder:

If you are required to produce additional documentation please be sure those are provided to the department. Permits will not be processed until full payment and ALL required paperwork is received.
